I'M LAN NGUYEN

I'm a user experience (UX) researcher and service designer with 5+ years of experience, currently residing in Munich. My aesthetic eyes were established through the primary background in scenography design, which also helped me with the foundational knowledge when moving towards working on human behaviour and interaction that I apply to 10+ completed UX research projects.

 

My higher study with focus on designing the product and service system opened up new possibilities where I was equipped how to manage various kinds of project, iteratively from research, prototyping to feedback collection.

 

My practice is built on understanding the intersection of people, technology, and business. This interdisciplinary approach drives me to design both tangible and intangible experiences that serve multiple stakeholder needs simultaneously.

 

My toolkit includes Phenomenological Observation, Co-design with Stakeholders, Scenarios Building, Customer Journey Mapping and a range of research synthesis methods that I've applied to enterprise solutions including cloud operation, digital workplace, SAP implementation. This comprehensive approach allows me to create meaningful solutions that are benefit people, companies and society.
